Open Play For Kids at K Peas

Free Spirit Rescue Visitor Day
Visit with some of the animals we have rescued, hear their stories, fall in love and spoil them rotten! Visitors MUST wear closed toe shoes. You’ll be required to sign a waiver. Day Out With Thomas™ offers an opportunity for children and their families to take a 20-minute ride with Thomas the Tank Engine™ and to meet Sir Topham Hatt™, the Controller of the Railway. Florida Railroad Museum has a Thomas & Friends Imagination Station with Thomas-themed activities including temporary tattoos, hands-on arts and crafts, and a Thomas storytelling and video viewing area. Included with your Day Out With Thomas ticket are many additional activities such as musical entertainment by Mister Dave and magic shows with Marty the Magician, Thomas & Friends inflatables, and more! Join us for fun interactive water safety activities, giveaways, raffles, and learn about water safety resources in your community. Children ages 3 to 12 are eligible to receive a swim lesson voucher if they are Hillsborough County residents and are enrolled in one of the following: Medicaid, Hillsborough County School’s Free Lunch Program, SNAP-Food Assistance Program.
